[Dxbase] DX-Atlas does not connect with DXBase 2006 in Vista 64 bits

Trying to connect DX-Atlas makes my DXBase 2006 freeze and I see "Unable to find DX-Atlas" when I force DXB to close down.
DX-Atlas (ver 2.25) works fine when standing alone on my new 64 bits Vista Home Premium installation. I have checked for this version in the DXB configuration.
I guess I have to help DXB find DX-A, but how?
