[Dxbase] QRZ web lookup

Sorry Jim, I am too busy going thru the 2007 code to understand it so I
don't even want to open the files associated with the 2006 release.

BTW the next release will have all of these URLs in the preferences menu so
you can change them as  the websites adjust their sites.
