[Dxbase] QRZ web lookup

You missed it. Here is what was sent:

Jack graciously has fixed the URL for callsign lookups on QRZ.com. The zip
file just contains the executable, so rename your old executable to
dxbase.old and move the new unzipped file in.

URL is:  http://www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/files/DXBase/Dxb2007v06.zip
