[Dxbase] AXETTY program

When I made the AXETTY program, it was made strictly
for CASUAL use - and not for contesting.

Currently, the DXbase program itself, allows the following
fields to be sent from the external program (like AXETTY):

Their CALLSIGN, Their NAME, MODE, FREQ, RSTR, and RSTS

For me to continue the project of making AXETTY "Contest Version",
DXbase would have to be programmed to allow "some more fields"
to be accepted from the external program.  These extra fields
have never been programmed into DXbase - and, until they are
programmed-in, AXETTY will remain as a CASUAL RTTY program.
