Not sure it you might be referring to the very first exchange on this. As
soon as I started hearing about this I did some checking and found it to be
OK. So, any possible period we may not have been accepting these would have
been brief. I thought I announced this on the DXCC blog, but after a quick
scan of the blog I did not find it. I will check but I thought I did mention
this somewhere

I checked further and I found that the announcement I thought I sent was
sent but just to the DXCC card checkers. 

 

I will look into a posting on the blog as it Is something I get asked
occasionally
