Jim i think your thinking of the EQSL service? I can see where the EQSL stuff could be kind of questionable but I my self check my log to the eqsl's I get and if its not in the log correctly then I dont qsl back.. That said ive never even heard of this other service?.. Ill have to check it out further but without a job now it seems everything is cost prohibitive right now but id sure like an easy way to reply to the bureau cards I get ...

They are real qsl card confirmations aren't they? They just print and mail 
qsl cards for you from your adif file if I understood it correctly. It 
seemed kinda expensive to me when I looked at it but I am sure its a matter 
of how much you want to spend on qsls.
