[Dxbase] GlobalQSL service - do you use it? Joe wa6axe

I still use GlobalQSL, Joe.  I'm not sure after one quick reading what will
be different from how I've been doing it with your original adif routine
creating a file that, after running through ADIF Master, I upload right to
GlobalQSL.

I am trying to get a count of how many DXbase users - use the
GlobalQSL service?  I am currently working on an EXE program that
involves the GlobalQSL service.

The last count I had was approx 2 users.
