I have been thinking what you guys have said.

Why can't they see that?  The solution seams so simple.  I run in to guys like that as well but they are not programmers.  A little gray hair and no respect.  Now that I am experiencing it, to them, I must be washed up with one foot in the grave.  All I can say is that there may be some smoke on the roof but the log is blazing away.
