[Dxbase] Invalid QSLs

I do the same with Qs that I know I'll not get a card from (V51E leaps
to mind) and those that don't count like /MM and of course all of the
old CW QSLs.
The DXCC Challenge is a challenge isn't it? I have lots of cards for
which I have mode only credit that could be resubmitted for band credit,
if I could find them and if I can extract them from the log.
On a related note, I still like getting the pasteboards, but I must say
this LoTW stuff is pretty slick. For example, I already have DXCC
credit for Q's with the TX3A guys and they haven't even left that
location yet. Being able to see what you have credit for in near real
time is great too.
