a ZIP file with the   rpt file and also the txt file ..

They can be downloaded at:

Extract/Save the    Waz75thAnniversaryform.rpt   file into your
DXbase REPORTS directory .. then using the line of TEXT in the
75thAnnivWAZ_rptdesc_file_words.txt  file, edit your Rptdesc.ini
file to include the above line of words.
