[Dxbase] DXB 2007 drop down arrows not working

I have 2 monitors, XP SP3, and everything works fine. Maybe it depends 
on a particular video card. I remember I had different video card in the 
past, and DXB behaved crazy. Right now I have simple Intel video 
adapter, and it works just fine. My guess is DXB tries to use some 
advanced features of advanced video adapters, and does it incorrectly. 
It's not a simple task to make video acceleration work properly on ATI 
or Nvidia adapters. But with dumb intel you are safe...
