[Dxbase] KG4 Mapping

I would just map the KG4+2 calls from Gitmo as exceptions and let DXbase map 
the others in the USA automatically?

Much less work?

Stu,

Each of the KG4 callsigns should be handled
individually - by MAPPING them to the proper
Entity PREFIX (as they happen)..

The Call MAP table will handle those KG4
calls.
