[Dxbase] DXB2007.ini file and Windows 7 64 bit

I have lately installed the new Windows 7 64 bit RC1 and I have been looking
for the

DXB2007.ini file to change some things manually in that file. I have
searched many times

and many different ways and according to the search engine in Windows, the
dxb2007.ini

file is not located anywhere on my computer (not on any drive) except other
drives where

I had backed it up while running Windows XP Pro before formatting C: to
install Windows 7.

Does anybody have any idea where the dxb2007.ini file is hiding? Jack says
it has to be there

somewhere OR DXBase 2007 would NOT run and it seems to run just fine.
