[Dxbase] Non DXBase Import

Boy, I sure do miss W4DUP!

I'm trying to import an ADIF file into DXBase.  I go into my program 
files and select non DXBase import.  Click on that and it tells me to 
select target database.  I can't find it.  When I open the VHF Contest 
program file, the ADIF file is not there.  However, when I go into 
Windows Explorer the file IS in the VHF Contest program file.

What am I doing wrong?????????
