[Dxbase] Finding a call from a partial

I am looking for a call I logged with the prefix 4W. What I often do is plug into summary some made up call then click on the band mode with a"C" or "W" and I can generally find it. I looked up the qso for for FJ/OH2AM and found the data. When I then plugged in 4W3A and hit return the country came up as well as the band and mode witha "W",  when I clicked on it FJ/OH2AM came up again. I then tried a known call in case I didn't clear things and that came up properly.


Is there anyway to find a call when you only have part of the prefix and does anyone know why I am having the problem? FJ and 4W where in the not confirmed box of the stats-I have worked 300 and confirmed 298-Those two would put me in the 300 "club"
