[Dxbase] Column order...again

After sorting out my column order to where I liked it and having it run for
several weeks with no issues, this damn thing has gone back to defaults
again! It asks me to select the CO file that I saved but I can't find it.

What again is the procedure for sorting out the column order please someone?
This program is really starting to frustrate me. I screw with it more than I
can use it and I think it is possessed! :-)
