[Dxbase] Tghe problem of DB-2007 and Windows Vista

Last year my old cvomputer with W-XP crashed and I got a new computer with Windows Vista which does not want to
work together with DB-2007, especially in the Help part.  I know that many of you have resolved this problem.  Can I 
get any help on this matter.  Thanks so much.
