[Dxbase] Corrupted database?

I just did a non-DXbase import of a log from N1MM.  I'm now getting an error
when I initialize the database.  The error is "The record <NA966> could not
be found in the IOTA numeric Statistic table.  Updates to the table will now
be aborted.  Correct your database and Initialize Tables when repaired."

The QSOs that are identified with IOTA NA966 are both for HI8A in November
2007.  Neither has any entry in the IOTA field, as I don't track IOTA.

When I click on the icon Previous QSOs, the program hangs until I hit the
Esc key.

I've tried to repair the database, but still have the problem.
