[Dxbase] CQ now accepting eQSL confirmations

Should have provided more info. I'm using DXB2006. I've found the Field
Order utility under DXB Utility, but when I click New the list of fields
displayed only includes those in my current .CO file layout. The
User1/User2 fields are not there to be selected. How do I find them?
