[Dxbase] HI3A

[Ron Stordahl N5IN]

HI3A has incorrectly entered their IOTA as NA966 in the LoTW entries
for these Q's.  It would seem that HI3A needs to resubmit these Q's to
LoTW with a corrected IOTA of NA096.  E-Mail to the address for HI3A in
QRZ.com bounces.
