[Dxbase] Manual entry not setting date/time

Hi guys,
OK, this one has me stumped. I've got 6 pages of manual entries to log, and
I want DX Base to NOT enter any time/date info by default.

In "User Options," Log Defaults I have the section DATE SELECTION set to
Last Date Logged and the checkbox for Change Date/Time when saving QSO
unchecked - yet every single time I enter a QSO, today's date and the
current time are populated. Am I missing something here? I last did
something like this 4 years ago and don't remember if there are any
additional settings I need to change.
