[Dxbase] Label Prefix - Why K4A?

Eric,

I just noticed that the probable usage of the K4A in the
PREFIX column of the Labels Pending database was on-purpose..

Looking at the USA Bureaus -- the 4-land area is the ONLY
Bureau area that has TWO addresses ...

Here is the listing for 4-land Bureaus:

K4,N4, Mecklenburg Amateur Radio Soc., Box DX, Charlotte, NC 28220
W4

AA-AK4, Sterling Park Amateur Radio Club, Call Box 599, Sterling, VA 20167
KA-KZ4,
NA-NZ4,
WA-WZ4

All other USA call-areas have just one Bureau address.
