[Dxbase] Creating new database 2007

Joe,

Satellite Qs don't count for usual awards and the stats are therefore not 
included in the normal Summary Window.  There is a spot in the lower right 
main Window that shows SAT entry but it is only for mixed ... no individual 
band/mode stuff.
