[Dxbase] DXBase and Vista32bits

Dear all,

I have installed DXB2007 and the license keys and the .mdb files without any problem and it works fine now. (Tnx to Wes N7WS)
We have just a problem with the DXcluster, the Host file to access to DXCluster is empty.
In File>Modify Hosts File we have the mention "Unable to locate or open hosts file"
The same  message in users option > Internet (IP Host) It is impossible to write anything in it !!!!!
Please, is there somebody who can help us ?
