[Dxbase] AETTY Macros

Rip,

My program called AXETTY is meant to be strictly for
"casual" use right now .. the contest version will be
down-the-road.

My program uses the MMTTY Engine - but, the MACROS
are setup similar to the DxbPSK program.

Once I program the contest version, I will be adding
much more to my AXETTY program.
