Knut,
I do not know about the IC-7000 .. But, when I use Hamscope ver 1.56
and my TS-850S a/t with Rig Control in HamScope ..
I have the FREQ (for instance) on my TS-850 as
14.080.58
and, in the HamScope Rig Control as
014.08058
Then - when I LOG a QSO into DXbase2006 (or any DXbase version),
the FREQ that is logged is:
(for PSK31 xmsn) 14079.58
(for RTTY xmsn) 14078.38
WHAT HamScope does is: It takes the Rig's FREQ from your
Rig's Readout - and OFFSETs the readout freq to read "where"
the XMSN is actually located ...
Normally, I would expect that the LOGGED (into DXbase) FREQ
would be the Radio's READOUT FREQ -- but, HamScope has been
programmed so that the FREQ logged is the OFFSET FREQ ...
That's just the way that KD5HIO made his program.
