[Dxbase] ADIF Export

The plan is to move towards ADIF2 compliance, with a few new fields in the
record structure to support ADIF2 changes that I agree with. I do not know
if any program supports everything in the latest standard but even if it
does, it doesn't make much sense for DXBase to do so as some are just plain
silly (but no issue for those than want to use them in other programs).
