[Dxbase] FT-736R and DXbase 2007

Art,

Looking at the current Radios.ini file ... I "do not" see any
Rig entry that is going to MATCH-PERFECT for your
FT-736R ...   The FT-847 is the current Radios.ini file is the
only one that even looks like it comes half-way close.
