[Dxbase] Missing a spot in DX Info Window

I like this feature too.  But sometimes a recent, but somewhat stale, 
spot scrolls off the top of the window.  I'd like the timeout to be 
settable.  For example, if a spot is older than x-minutes, it's okay to 
update it even if the frequency hasn't changed.
