[Dxbase] Duplicate QSOs after LOTW download

Tonight I downloaded a new batch of QSLs from LOTW and found duplicate QSOs in my log after importing. I tracked this down to entries in the LOTW adi file that had PHONE as the mode. Those that had SSB as the mode worked correctly and marked my existing QSO as confirmed in LOTW. I don't know why LOTW lists some QSOs as PHONE and others as SSB but DXBase doesn't like it.

I modified the LOTW adi file to replace PHONE with SSB and reimported to the backup copy of my DB. This time I didn't get any duplicate QSOs. Has anybody else had this problem?
