[Dxbase] Another feature request

Hello all:

I would like to see support for the Open Two Radio Switching Protocol
(OTRSP). This protocol is intended to provide communications from logging
programs to peripheral devices (or other programs) via a comm port or
virtual com port.

Detail on the protocol can be found at:
http://www.k1xm.org/OTRSP/OTRSP_Protocol.pdf

It supports a lot of features and DXBase would only have to support a subset
of the commands.
