[Dxbase] Hello from the new owner!

HELLO Neal, 
with great pleasure I learned that you're the new owner of DX basis, I am
presenting are GIACOIA Francesco, IZ7AUH "Frank" and use the base DX 1997,
DX basis for me is my "life" Amateur Radio without this program I feel lost,
just the thought that ends DXBase me sad. 
We wish you much success with DXBASE but it will be important to implement
it with new features, but no change at all, the secret of his success is the
simplicity and functionality in windows. 

We attached a small list of features necessary in my opinion: 

- Integration with LOTW
- Integration with eQSL 
- Multi log management 
- Integration with WEB function (log online) 
- Possibility to use a MySQL database 
- XML interface QRZ.com 
- Compatibility with total MicroHAM (DVK, WinKey) 
- Digital interface RTTY & PSK31 
- Multi language (they are available for the Italian translation) 

I can be of help, I gladly offer as Beta tester, possess different O.S.,
including Windows 7 x64, Vista x86/x64.
