[Dxbase] New project: USA Counties for the DXAtlas program

I work QSO Parties to get counties.
I don't chase the qsls, just to do it.

I am starting to build the database for the USA Counties award for a new
exe program to work with the DX Atlas program.. This will be a BIG database
of all of the 3,077 Counties..

I am trying to get a good feeling for how many DXbase2007 users out
there are into the USA County Award?

I know that some DXbase2006 users are - but, this exe program and
database will only be made for DXbase 2007 users.
