[Dxbase] CQ DX Marathon 2008

I have started typing in data to the Excel form for CQ DX Marathon 2008. I have typed in the data for the 39 zones that I have worked. Now I need to enter 241 countries and I am thinking that there must be a better way to enter the country data than manually. My
CQ DX Marathon 2008 data is located in a log which is not DXBase 2007. If I convert this data to ADIF and import it to a separate log in DXBase, is there a way to use this new DXBase log file to fill the CQ DX Marathon 2008 Excel sheet?
