[Dxbase] Odd Display Problems with Log Window

[N3XX]

Eric,
I sure thought running with a clean install would fix the problem.  Did you 
try changing the screen resolution?  If that's not it, I'm out of ideas.  I 
hope someone has a suggestion that works for you.
