[Dxbase] DXB2007 Summary window does not present info

I am experiencing a problem where the summary window does not properly
present info. When I launch DXB the summary window populates with info for
the first entry that I click on be it in the log or cluster windows, after
that the summary window does not present any info.

If I change the criteria from HF-COUNTRY to HF-ZONE, the window will
populate the correct info one time, then fail to update. Switching from
HF-ZONE to HF-COUNTRY has the same effect.

Opening and closing the window does not resolve the problem, neither does
initializintg the tables.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
