[Dxbase] Second radio QSY

Hi, I just installed 2007 on a new computer, and in hooking my two radios up
I see that even when I have radio 2 selected and I attempt to 

qsy from the internet cluster window it changes frequencies on radio 1
instead of 2. I don't remember if it worked that way on my old computer or
not. 

Otherwise radio two works properly, either in the log, or QSY in the radio
menu, just not in the internet cluster window. Ideas?
