[Dxbase] Problem with Rotor 2 interface

I have exactly the same problem and solution as Eric with M2
controllers/prop pitch rotators -- only with rotor 2 and XP Home.  73 de

My set-up has exactly the same problem with rotor 2, though I do not have to
reboot the computer. My work-around is just close that rotor port, exit the
user set-up and then go back into user options and assign rotor 2 again.  I
have this problem on DXBase 2007, using Windows XP Pro, the interface here
is an idiom press, and I do have the latest lavaport serial drivers.

By-the-way, I just upgraded my radio computer hardware and the problem
followed me so I have no doubt it is a DXB problem. I don't ever remember
rotor 1 giving me a problem, only rotor 2.

Hopefully the DXBase gang can fix for this problem? Please!

P.S. Dick, you might try turning the rotor off then back on instead of a
re-boot.
