[Dxbase] Worked All Europe (WAE) Award

To all DXbase2007 users:

Is anyone working on the WAE Award?  I have made an EXE Program
that will generate a file to "fill-in" the EXCEL file that is used for
the Worked All Europe (WAE) Award.

If you are interested-in the WAE award or working toward it
