[Dxbase] Stripping duplicate contacts

Export the records in question to an ADIF file,
 
Go into DXBASE and delete both records.
 
Use notepad to edit the ADIF file and remove one.
 
Then load the ADIF file back in using the non-dxbase input utility.
 
The data base is unique indexed to prevent duplicates, of a Callsign at the Same Date and Time.  Check for hidden character in call sign field.
