[Dxbase] MMTY

Hi Joe,

I have not been a big RTTY guy, but I have used MMTTY in the past.  Trying
to come up to speed now with it.  I think I have the full version.  It
works as a stand-alone but also works within Writelog.  I know nothing
about the MMD6.0 bridge but can research.
