Billy,
You did not mention what the starting point is? I assume you mean you have
one database from your old software that contains QSOs from all of the
different callsigns.
If that's true, then the process is pretty well a given:
1. Use the Non DXB Import utility and import your old log.
2. You would need to then manually change the OprCall field for those QSOs
where the listed callsign is not the one that made the QSO.
3. You can use the Selection Wizard module to export your QSOs to ADIF and
you can also filter on what OprCall you want exported.
4. Follow the ARRL process for using their software to sign and upload your
ADIF file(s).
