[Dxbase] DXbase2007 AutoLoTW ver 2.3 is available

For those DXbase2007 users who have downloaded my
AutoLoTW program, I have just uploaded version 2.3
of the program.

Improved LOGIC coding in Import routine; and, the addition
of 2 buttons that will immediately bring up the Notepad
program with the contents of the error/warning TEXT file
and separately, the ImportedQSO TEXT file.
