[Dxbase] Getting correct Challenge credit into DXB

I'm not sure how you would get the info from LOTW and import to DXbase, but
there is a "Special 1" and "Special 2" field in the Awards drop down list.
It would still require manual entry for each record, but you could just
check off the Special 2 box for each record that LOTW lists.
I don't worry about the records matching up with what LOTW shows, since the
DXCC Challenge numbers are still right on the DXCC Statistics window that
comes up when you go to "Output/HF Numeric Statistics/Countries".
