[Dxbase] Year vs LoTW stats

My entire log is uploaded to LoTW
Interesting to see how many people uploaded qso from before the LoTW system
began.
I didn't check, but possibly some of the pre LoTW start qsls may be from the
same people.

The numbers may also reflect my increased digital and cw contesting. As many
digital/cw contesters joined LoTW early on.
