[Dxbase] Is it designed this way?

Interesting since every other "reflector" I belonged to it went back through
the reflector.  Oh well just another thing odd about this one.

That is the way it is configured.  A simple REPLY goes only to the 
sender.  A REPLY ALL goes to everyone.  Your choice, not the 
reflector's choice.
