[Dxbase] refdata.mdb WHERE?

Hi Folks,

I have a problem with Refdata.md I have update many QSL indo, and I want to
update directly redata.mdb in other my PC, but I try to use refdata.mdb
under c\program file\Scientific Solution\Dxbase2007 but doesn't work

I try to delete this one, and DXbase work without problem, I mean that
refdata.mdb is located into other directory, my PC have Windows VISTA.

 

Please HELP ME!
