I've written extensively about MMTTY as well, and would love perfect
integration of it. As for SP/LP headings, I map shortcuts (CTRL+S and
CTRL+L) and they work perfectly. What I would LOVE to see is a way to
offset automatically on a band-spot. I have a 40m rotatable dipole
that's offset 90 degrees. I would love to be able to set the program
up that it does two things: one, because it's a rotary dipole, it
calculates the fastest heading to turn to, and b) calculates and
applies the 90 degree offset automatically.
My wish-list is about 30 items now. 5B WAZ tracking, reporting and
alerting is my number-one request right now. I want bells and
whistles to go off when a needed band-zone shows up. Right now I have
a complex series of alarms set up, but that would simplify it dramatically.
With Jack's new job, though, I'm wondering if there WILL be a new
version in the foreseeable future. I gotta say, I love DX Base, but I
need more features in a logger now. Bandmapping, integration with
Ionoprobe, etc. and NOT an MDI interface. I want to run parts of my
logging software on both monitors without a constraining box.
Cheers,
Peter,
