[Dxbase] WA6AXE website will be closing for renovations

Thanks for the warning Joe. I downloaded both the latest AXERTTY and the 
DxbPSK program as well. Not sure when I will get around to the PSK one 
but you never know. Look forward to your Re-Grand Opening, lets hope it 
is in time for the next prefix change.
