[Dxbase] dxb2006 (sp1) on Win XP SP2 - Error 157

I checked my hosts file and other than dxcluster
entries added by dxbase I found nothing else.

However, there is a mixture of DX clusters which
use standard (port 23) and some non-standard port
such as 7300 etc.

Those dxcluster entries using a standard port 23
have no port designation - which is quite common.

Default port 23 is assumed by dxbase telnet client
when the connection is attempted.

DX cluster I connect to happens to use default
port 23. I have added port 23 to the hostname
which is something like - /someurl.com:23/ and my
dxbase hasn't crashed yet.

I hope this fixes it, but time will tell.
